If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items Must Not Be Modified Or Visibly Used WITH ORIGINAL SHIPPED PACKAGING. We do not accept used or damaged items back. All returned products must be packed in the original packaging from us, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Products that have been noticeably taken out of the original shipping box/container/wrapping or installed, will have an additional "open box" fee of 15% ADDED to the 20% restocking fee (totaling 35%).
For returns, the customer pays return shipping and will receive a REFUND MINUS SHIPPING AND 20% (35% for opened box that is noticeable) RE-STOCKING FEE. We do offer a 100% CREDIT FOR EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT IF THE PRODUCT MEETS THE FIRST PARAGRAPH CONDITIONS. (We are not trying to rip anyone off, we are simply making sure that we are not having to lose money or sell products at a loss that have been modified or damaged.
All products sold by Valhalla Tactical Supply are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description. Product defects should be handled through the manufacturer.
We are licensed distributors for all product lines carried and full
manufacturer warranty is granted. Alternatively, for your ease on
defective products, Valhalla will exchange (if in stock) if returned
within 14 days of receipt.
In stock orders that are cancelled PRIOR to shipping have a 5% cancellation fee. Orders canceled on items that were on "back order" status when the order was placed and then cancelled, will have a 5% cancellation fee unless prior approval is issued. (The 5% cancellation fee may be applied as a store credit based on the circumstances.)
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Valhalla Tactical order processing.
*All returned goods must include the original order number with instructions of refund or store credit.
*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
*All damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of delivery as indicated by tracking number.
