The Hera Arms IRS 7SIX2 line are modern designed Handguards made from high-quality aluminum and is build to handle the hardest use and abuse of tactical and competitive shooting. The IRS 7SIX2 is CNC milled from aluminum alloy and hard coated anodized for added strength.

Good rail with some issues

First off, this is a DPMS Low Profile rail. There's no info anywhere I could find stating the Low tang height info. It will cause an issue if you are mounting this on a High receiver and want an uninterrupted top rail. The other thing is the mounting system: The three clamp screws are undersized, and WILL strip out unless you are careful & use the correct Allen/hex key. I bought this rail for a beater AR-10, and it serves that purpose as intended. Company gets 6/5 stars for fast shipping, and willingness to combine multiple shipments ordered days apart to save me on shipping. Will support this company in the future when the time comes for my next build. ADMIN NOTE: MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATION IS TO SNUG ALL 3 BOLTS AND BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN. BLUE LOCTITE IS RECOMMENDED.
