This item has a damaged crown from the manufacturer. It looks like it was dropped and slightly deformed the top of the crown. Priced supper low.

This .308 chambered (DPMS style) 18 inch fluted barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel. Our Button Rifled 6-Groove Match Bore is designed for the best value in quality and accuracy. Diamondback .308 stainless steel barrel

Purchased this item from VTS, super smooth transaction, great price and fast shipping. Item arrived and had some damage to the threads at crown of barrel. Contacted VTS who promptly shipped a replacement the same day. The Diamondback barrel is a great addition to a build, the stainless steel with flutes not only looks great but functions superbly. Can't say enough good things about the owners of VTS, super kind and courteous and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied 100%. I have no hesitation in doing business with them in the future, and being Veteran owned and operated is a big plus in my book.
