This Italian made .22 LR upper receiver has a 16-inch barrel and features a .22 LR Bolt Group and designated .22 LR barrel. The handguard has removeable customizable rails and comes with a pre-installed Charging Handle and Flash Hider. This package ships with two 28-round magazines. Just like the MFour-22 rifle, the Chiappa Upper Receiver Kit takes advantage of AR platform dimensions and geometry. These upper receivers will fit on any MIL-SPEC lower receiver to create a .22LR rifle perfect for plinking or training. This Chiappa Upper is an inexpensive shooting training tool for both experienced and unskilled, and it converts your favorite AR into an accurate small game hunting platform. The end result is a low cost versatile kit that can provide both defense and hunting. Though the Chiappa may be a budget dedicated .22LR upper, it performs very well and will pay for itself in a only a couple afternoons of plinking and training. This upper utilizes the correct 1:16 twist rate for the .22lr bullet and eliminates the problem of fouling AR15 gas tubes with dirty rimfire ammunition.
