This .308 chambered (DPMS style) 18 inch fluted barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel with a bead blasted finish. Our Premium Series Barrels are HP and MPI tested, ensuring the best in quality and accuracy. Featuring functionally aggressive flutes and crisp, clean lines, BA Fluted barrels deliver the perfect balance of weight and rigidity. This is a heavy contour barrel but with the fluting it is no heavier than a standard contour barrel. Quality and finish is top-notch. Bore scope inspection showed that the interior of the barrel is nearly flawless. Accuracy is amazing. My previous 18" "match" barrel that was on the receiver could barely hold a 2" group at 100 yards, this one is roughly 1/2 inch at 100 yards. Phenomenal accuracy, great finish and quality throughout. If you are not completely satisfied with the form, finish, and fit of any of our barrels, please visit Contact to discuss your concerns. If you find your BA barrel is not performing at the high standard of sub MOA accuracy, please first consult with Ballistic Advantage Support on their website. Usually, BA armorers are able to resolve any issues over the phone. If the issues are not resolved we will ask that the barrel be sent to BA for inspection.2 BA will either correct the problem or replace the barrel, or if the customer prefers, reimburse the purchase price of the barrel.

1 We define sub MOA as a group size of 1 inch or under at 100 yards with a 3 shot magazine fed group, or 5 shot single loaded group.
